different packing terms used for seafood are:

Block frozen, meaning the product is frozen in a solid block,

Cello wrap, meaning the fillets are individually wrapped,

IQF, meaning the product is individually quick frozen,

Layer packed, meaning the product is separated by layers of paper
and

Shatter packed, meaning the product is frozen together and has to
be "shattered" by dropping the box on a hard surface.
