What does a typical distributor order
sheet look like?
Notice how the pricing will be spread across the various
packers. The reason being is that 95% of their purchasing decision will be based on
price. If they can't buy at competitive prices they simply can't sell it.
The "NR" stands for No Roll, or ungraded and
the "SEL" stands for USDA Select. This particular order sheet does not
include USDA Choice which would be abbreviated as "CHO".
