Dot Protein Minimums
All boxed beef and/or ground beef
orders must be at least 750 pounds. These
items will be stored at a different temperature in our warehouse. Since these items are at a different temperature
than our other refrigerated items, a separate minimum for boxed beef/ground beef orders is
required.
